IMPORTANT. Do not create a new account if you already had one in the past. A duplicate account will result in missing training credits and may cause tenure and incentive discrepancies.
You should have only ONE KDealer account that follows you throughout your Kia career, even if you change dealerships or return to a Kia dealership after being inactive.  When changing dealerships, you will need to associate yourself with the new dealership in your KDealer profile.
If you run into issues or cannot access your old profile, please contact HAEA Service Desk (800-327-2707) or your local Kia representative for assistance.
Your account will be in pending status after registration submission. An email notification will be sent to you after your registration has been approved by your Dealership. KMA and Affiliate member approvals are via KMA's KDealer System Administrator.

If your Job Title is eligible to participate in Incentive programs, please Opt-in on the My Profile page after your registration is approved.


Corporate Users x

​Corporate users can only register through an administrator. Please contact the Service​ Desk.


User IDx

Your User ID must be between 6-25​ characters in length and contain no spaces or spec​ial characters. It may not start with HIS, KMA, KMC, MPA, GLS, HMF or IWA​.


Password x

Your password must be between 8 and 32 characters in length; at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, 1 special character and cannot contain spaces.​​
